A LUSIS PAYMENTS 2015 UPDATE

Welcome to 2015 and an update on Lusis Payments

Just to kick things off lets make a quick introduction to Lusis Payments.   We sell a modern SOA based solution to the payments industry. Our solution, Tango, is a mission-critical transaction processing system for acquiring, routing, switching, authenticating and authorizing transactions across multiple channels including ATM’s, POS, e-Commerce, and Mobile.  Tango is an open solution which can be deployed on the OSS layer of HP Nonstop systems.  Nonstop is a strategic platform to Lusis allowing our customers all of the benefits of Tango’s modern open architecture combined with essential availability and unlimited performance of an HP Nonstop system.

As we push through January, it seems appropriate for one last look at 2014 to highlight a few of our accomplishments. One year ago, Lusis Payments opened its first office in North America on Montgomery Street in the banking center of San Francisco. Since then a lot has happened:

• In Canada, a tier 1 banking customer completed its first phase of migrating to Lusis TANGO and was in full production for the holiday shopping season. Transaction volumes were high, and TANGO met the challenge. Phase 2 of the project is well underway.
• ​Lusis Payments is delivering a TANGO solution for ATM support to a bank in Nebraska and a merchant services solution to a company based in Texas and Montreal. We are excited to have lots of new activity happening in the Americas, and these are just some of the examples of our early successes. 
• Our European, Asian and South African business continues to mature and, overall, Lusis Payments had a good year on the balance sheets. 
• Last year also saw the completion of a successful benchmark project using HP NonStop servers.  A prospect’s complete infrastructure was simulated using the HP Performance Center in Palo Alto, California. The benchmark proved TANGO’s ability to scale to the highest transactions per second (TPS) volumes required in the industry while using only a middle range NonStop configuration. • Lusis Payments ended the year with CIO Summit magazine selecting our TANGO solution as one of the top 20 most promising HP solution providers.  This was a great honor and identifies TANGO as a leader in the transaction processing space.  

We’re proud of our accomplishments in 2014. Looking ahead, we see much potential for success in 2015, and we’ll share our successes with you here on our blog.
